Avanti supplies the AWS 463 series framed double-hung that features two moving panes glass which can opened to provide ventilation. You can choose to either open the top pane or bottom pane of glass. This is ideal for working areas close to the window where direct airflow is undesirable (e.g. The office desk). The user can simply open the top pane while leaving the bottom closed (no papers blowing away!).
